Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Nexoryx One, or allow it to be used, to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Nexoryx One or any third party
• Access systems, accounts or data without authorisation
• Upload, transmit or introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code
• Perform or attempt security attacks, including denial-of-service attacks, against Nexoryx One or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl or probe the platform in an abusive or unauthorised manner
• Bypass, disable or attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits or security features
• Misuse Nexoryx One's APIs, including exceeding authorised usage or accessing endpoints without authorisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the availability, integrity or performance of Nexoryx One for other users
• Impersonate any person or organisation, or misrepresent your affiliation with one
• Submit personal data unlawfully, or without the permissions required under applicable data protection law
• Process data through Nexoryx One without the rights or permissions required to do so
• Generate, facilitate or engage in deceptive or fraudulent activity
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble proprietary components of the platform, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law
• Resell, sublicense or share account access with unauthorised parties
• Send automated requests or generate traffic at a volume that is excessive or intended to degrade the service for others

You must not use Captain AI or any other AI feature of Nexoryx One for any unlawful purpose, to generate deceptive, harmful or infringing content, or to attempt to extract, probe or manipulate the underlying models or systems in ways not intended by their design. AI outputs should be used consistently with the guidance in our Terms of Use, including independent review before use in important business decisions.

Where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may take action proportionate to the issue, which can include:

• Issuing a warning
• Applying rate limits or usage restrictions
• Restricting specific features or functionality
• Suspending access to the affected account
• Terminating access to Nexoryx One
• Referring the matter for legal action, where necessary

We will generally aim to give notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue before taking more serious action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect Nexoryx One, its users or third parties.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do.
